Refund Policy

Overview

All sales are final, however, we do have a refund policy in place for users who accidently purchase advertising in the wrong newsletter or for those who have mistakenly gone through the check-out process with unwanted items in their cart. 

If this is the case simply contact us via the “Contact Us” page and explain your issue, refunds will be issued according to eligibiility.

These refund options are available on a case by case basis and must be approved by the administration:

  • If there are errors in your printed advertisement that are due to a mistake that WE have made;
    (Any non-critical mistakes made. These will be small errors such as a typo or design problem.)
    These are eligible for a 25% refund with approval.
  • If the error is in the contact information, business name or any other area detrimental to the success of your advertisement we will issue a 100% refund.

Refunds

Once notice of a mistake in your print advertisement has been received the refund process will be started and you will be issued a refund in no later than 7 (seven) business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
This includes items purchased with the use of a coupon code.
